Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. ALL OF OUR VEHICLES ARE NON-SMOKING. Sanitation fee is $300.00. Alcohol Consumption by anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the Vehicle. Cancellations are accepted up to 3 hours before scheduled pick-up, 96 hours for buses. Bus day rates are based on 12 hour vehicle use, any amount of time used over 12 hours will be billed at the current hourly rate plus applicable fees. Cancellations after will be charged full fare. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. We reserve the right to sub-contract to other operators who are fully licensed and insured by state and county regulations. 20% gratuity is guaranteed to the driver and may be included in your billing or paid to the driver in cash. Client will be billed the difference if cash gratuity is less than 20%. International pick-ups are scheduled for 45 minutes after arrival time/wait time begins after 1 hour of landing time. Cruise Ship Arrivals are set at a PRE ARRANGED TIME. It is The PASSENGER'S RESPONSIBILITY To Meet The Vehicle Awaiting Within 15 Minutes Of The Pre Arranged Time or Waiting time will Apply @ $1 Dollar Per Minute For Sedan or SUV's and $2 Per Minute On Vans And Busses Unless Notified 4 Hours in Advance Of a Different Pre Arranged Time.
